Exciting opportunity available for a skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to make an immediate impact in a high school setting. This contract position offers the chance to support students at a behavior-focused learning center, working collaboratively with school teams to create positive outcomes.

This role is ideal for an RBT who thrives in a dynamic environment and is comfortable adapting to changing assignments throughout the academic year. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding students through behavioral challenges and helping them reach their goals. The position is set to begin as soon as possible and will run through late May.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Previous experience working in schools or dedicated behavioral settings
• Flexibility to adjust to changing assignments as needed during the year
• Willingness to complete district-specific fingerprinting (candidate responsible for $45 fee)
• Ability to work effectively with high school students in a behavior school environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans as designed by supervisors
• Support students’ behavioral, social, and academic growth throughout the school day
• Collect and document data as part of ongoing progress monitoring
• Collaborate with educational teams, including BCBA supervision as needed
• Maintain professionalism and adhere to school and district guidelines
