Location: Greater Milwaukee Area, WI

Pay: $30.00 – $36.50/hour

Schedule: Full-Time | Rotating 12-hour shifts (day or night)

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required

This is a hands-on maintenance role supporting a high-speed manufacturing operation. The position focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining automated production equipment in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment, including automated and robotic systems
• Perform electrical and mechanical diagnostics on manufacturing equipment
• Work with PLC systems for basic troubleshooting
• Maintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Install and repair wiring, components, piping, and machinery
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Perform preventative maintenance (PMs) on a scheduled basis
• Identify and resolve equipment inefficiencies (e.g., air leaks, wear issues)
• Support safety, quality, and compliance initiatives
• Maintain clean, organized work areas
• Collaborate with maintenance and production teams

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills (sensors, switches, fuses, basic PLCs)
• Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office or similar)
• Must have own basic tools
• Must be at least 18 years old
