Job Description Job Summary: Seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to provide specialized care in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). This role demands clinical expertise in neonatal patient management and adherence to safety protocols. Responsibilities:

- Evaluate and monitor neonatal patients to ensure optimal health outcomes.
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per established protocols.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate families on neonatal care practices and discharge instructions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress.
- Adhere to all clinical policies, safety standards, and infection control procedures.
- Valid TN nursing license or compact license required at time of submission.
- Minimum of 2 years of NICU experience.
- BLS and NRP certifications required.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using Cerner charting system.
- Ability to work night shift (3x12 hours from 19:00 to 07:00).
- Strong clinical skills in neonatal patient care and teamwork.
