Responsibilities Assess patients and plan care within set timeframes while documenting findings according to policies. Oversee and supervise the shift, delegating tasks, observing groups and meal supervision as needed. Lead by example, ensuring nursing policies and procedures are followed and exemplary patient care is consistently delivered. Monitor patients for changes in condition and respond appropriately, including notifying the physician when necessary. Follow hospital policy for medication administration. Consistently use empathy, dignity, and respect when interacting with patients. Deliver quality nursing care to ensure treatment goals are properly executed in accordance with hospital policies and demonstrated competencies. Assist or perform comprehensive nursing assessments on all patients. Qualifications Associate's Degree required. Current RN license as required by state regulations. CPR and De‑escalation certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire. Clinical, operational, and administrative excellence in a behavioral health setting. Schedule 3×12/4×10/5×8 shifts with days (7a‑7p) and nights (7p‑7a), rotating weekends, every third weekend, every weekend, on‑call, holidays, etc. (e.g., 3×12, Nights 7p‑7a, rotating weekends).
