This position combines computer and clerical work with time spent on the warehouse floor.You'll help keep information accurate, support daily warehouse activities, and communicate with the site team to keep operations organized and running smoothly.Because this is a production-based operation, weekly earnings can vary based on productivity and the work completed.What You'll DoEnter and update daily warehouse information in company systemsMaintain accurate records related to inventory, shipments, and site activityAssist with inventory tracking and documentationPrepare paperwork and materials for shipments and internal communicationReceive, organize, and distribute incoming documentationUse Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and other computer systems for daily tasksCommunicate with warehouse employees and site leadership regarding operational informationHelp maintain organized files and office areasWalk the warehouse floor as needed to verify information and support daily operationsAssist with additional administrative or warehouse tasks based on site needsWhat You'll NeedHigh school diploma or equivalentBasic computer skills and comfort learning new softwareFamiliarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and OutlookStrong attention to detail and accurate data entryAbility to organize multiple tasks and prioritize changing needsComfortable working independently while also communicating with a teamPrevious clerical, administrative, inventory, or warehouse experience is helpfulReliable attendance and flexibility with a schedule that may vary based on operational needsWork EnvironmentThis role is split between an office setting and an active grocery warehouse.
