Provides direction, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff. Performs or assists with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions. Assesses and ensures quality of services delivered and facilitates staff development programs. Ensures staff compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures, and protocols. Performs staff responsibilities as needed to fulfill required service levels. Leads the handling and resolution of complex issues and complaints. Qualifications Applicants must have a current state RN license and an associate’s degree from an accredited nursing school. Minimum experience: three (3) years as an RN in an acute‑care hospital setting and five (5) years of management experience. Additional requirements: Basic Life Support certification is required. ACLS (American Heart Association) required. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) preferred.
