Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on motorcycles and powersports equipment Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire replacements, brake inspections, and tune-ups Conduct pre-delivery inspections (PDI) on new and used units Accurately document repair orders, parts used, and labor time in the service management system Communicate with service advisors and customers regarding repair status and recommendations Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the service bay Stay current on manufacturer service bulletins, recalls, and technical updates Requirements: Prior experience as a motorcycle or powersports technician preferred Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing a variety of makes and models Familiarity with diagnostic tools and service software Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment Excellent communication and teamwork skills Must supply own tools; valid driver's license required Manufacturer certifications (e.g., MMI, ATC, or OEM) a plus About Us: Motorcycle Maxx & Integrity Cycles LLC is a trusted powersports dealership serving the Lewis Center, OH community with a commitment to quality service and genuine passion for riding.
