Are you ready to take your expertise as a cardiovascular technologist to new heights. Join our team as a Cath Lab Tech (Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) and play a vital role on a unit that values your skills while working in Englewood, FL. Assist physicians and Cath Lab personnel in conducting diagnostic tests and procedures and operate advanced equipment to capture images and data of the heart and blood vessels.

Minimum Qualifications

• ARRT certified Radiologic Technologist.
• BLS and ACLS certification (American Heart Association preferred).
• State specific licensing when required.
• At least 2 years' experience in a Cath Lab hospital setting.
• Some critical care (CC) experience required.
• Experience with common cath lab procedures including LHC, RHC, and PPM insertion preferred.
• Client-specific requirement: ability to work a flexible schedule and be available to work 4–5 days per week.
• Preferred: RCIS (Cardiovascular Credentialing International) certification and prior ICU or Cath Lab experience of at least 1 year.

Preferred Qualifications

• Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) certification preferred.
• Experience performing stress tests, paracentesis, thoracentesis, and port insertion considered a plus.
• Team-oriented personality and flexibility with schedule assignments.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 06:30–16:00.
• Shift days: Days.
• Unit staffing: approximate team includes 5 RNs, 2 RCIS, and 1 director on the day shift.
• Equipment: Cath Lab.
• Be prepared to work 4–5 days per week as needed.
