- Understandand implement dealership salesprocess
- Ownand excel at every aspect of the sales process(from newclient prospecting to vehicle delivery)
- Presentand demonstrate inventory
- Review,update and manage daily inventoryreports
- Createand execute strategies for increasing marketshare
- Prepareand review monthly plans with salesleadership
- MaintainCustomer Service Index, Gross Average andmonthly units todealership standards
- Remainup-to-date on products, market trends andcertification
- Prior retail automotive experience preferred
- Experience,education and prior sales training are a PLUS.
- Weoffer a competitive compensation and benefitspackage.
- Compensationis based on performance and is competitivewith the retailautomotive market.
