Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux is a Louisiana-founded sports bar and restaurant brand built on tailgate energy, made-from-scratch food, and a hospitality standard you can feel the second you walk in. We operate roughly 100 restaurants across the country and are on an aggressive growth path toward 150. This is a brand on the move, and the field team is at the center of that momentum.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Franchise Business Coach is the primary field connection between Walk-On's operations leadership and our franchise partners. You are in the restaurants, in the shifts, watching real execution and helping operators get better. This is a coaching and development role built on credibility and results, not a top-down enforcement seat.

You win when your restaurants win. Every goal you set ties to sales performance first, then to the behaviors and processes that drive it.

If you have led as a District Manager, Area Coach, Multi-Unit Manager, or Director of Operations and you love being in the restaurants making operators better, this is your kind of seat.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Visit and coach the restaurants in your assigned territory on a consistent cadence

• Diagnose performance against Walk-On's brand standards and identify the true constraint holding a restaurant back

• Build clear, sequenced improvement plans and coach operators to hit them

• Support the financial success of franchisees and their restaurants, from sales growth through profitability

• Hold the line on Walk-On's brand standards and protect the guest experience

• Track restaurant performance and bring the right recommendations to operations leadership

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant operations experience, ideally in high-volume, full-service hospitality

• Strong diagnostic instincts and the discipline to solve the real problem, not the symptom

• Ability to coach and influence, including with franchise owners, without relying on direct authority

• Comfort using data and reporting to connect coaching to results

• Willingness to travel 50 to 75% within your territory

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• A hospitality standard that matches ours
