Summary The Recreation Supervisor will be responsible for creating personalized guest interactions, ensuring the accuracy of the bike/golf cart rental process, being competent in all budgetary financials, overseeing arrival and departure of all guest equipment, coaching Associates, and maintaining proper record keeping. Essential Functions Responsible for scheduling associates Oversee department cleanliness and organization Ensure all standards are met Handle guest complaints in a professional manner Train Associates Serve as primary resource regarding local weather conditions, tidal information, leisure land and water activities, and bike and golf cart rentals Qualifications College degree or educational equivalent preferred Minimum 2 years of managerial experience Luxury hospitality experience is a plus Strong passion for customer service; experience handling and resolving guest concerns in a timely manner Excellent organizational skills Strong verbal communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with guests and vendors Knowledge of recreational activities applicable to the area Physical Requirements Work tasks are performed indoors and outdoors. No effective protection from weather. Must be able to stand and exert well‑paced mobility for up to 4 hours, lift up to 60 lbs. regularly, push/pull carts and equipment up to 250 lbs frequently, bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to fulfill equipment handling tasks.
