Data Management Associate

This is a remote position.

Position Summary

The Data Management Associate will support the organization by maintaining accurate databases, organizing records, and ensuring the integrity of operational, donor, volunteer, and patient assistance data. This role is essential to maintaining efficient workflows and supporting informed decision-making across departments. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in data handling and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update organizational databases and information systems
  
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across records
  
• Process and organize donor, volunteer, and patient assistance information
  
• Generate reports and assist with data analysis for internal departments
  
• Monitor databases for errors, duplicates, or missing information and resolve discrepancies
  
• Assist with document management, scanning, and electronic filing
  
• Support data collection efforts for programs, outreach initiatives, and fundraising activities
  
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive personal and financial information
  
• Collaborate with team members to improve data management processes and workflow efficiency
  
• Provide administrative and clerical support as needed
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
  
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field preferred
  
• Previous experience in data management, administrative support, or database coordination preferred
  
• Strong computer and data entry skills
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
  
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with CRM systems or database management software
  
• Familiarity with nonprofit or healthcare-related environments
  
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information
