As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you’ll play an important role in delivering compassionate, hands‑on care to residents in a supportive long‑term care environment. You’ll work closely with a collaborative care team to support resident comfort, safety, and well‑being while building meaningful relationships with those you serve.
This position is ideal for an LPN who values consistent scheduling, teamwork, and the opportunity to make a real difference during the day shift.
What You’ll Do- Provide direct nursing care and support resident daily needs
- Assist with medication administration and treatments as directed
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to the care team
- Support a positive, respectful environment for residents and coworkers
- Follow care plans, policies, and best nursing practices
- Consistent day‑shift schedule with every other weekend
- Part‑time hours that support work‑life balance
- $6,000 sign‑on bonus and competitive pay
