Urgent Hiring: NP, PA,MD,DO Mobile Wound Care Specialist (CA) We are hiring a Wound Care NP/PA/MD/DO to provide care across skilled nursing facilities in the Bishop, CA area. This is a mobile role with a consistent schedule, defined facility coverage, and structured workflows, ideal for clinicians seeking a focused way to practice. Competitive Pay : Compensation is based on a daily rate, with plenty of opportunities to grow based on your experience and caseload. Opportunity to focus on wound care and procedural skills Your Day‑to‑Day Facility Visits : Travel to skilled nursing facilities to perform wound care rounds, collaborate with healthcare teams, and deliver essential patient care. Early morning starts may be required. Wound Care Expertise : Provide care for chronic, surgical, and dermatologic wounds. Responsibilities may include bedside debridement, dressing changes, and feeding tube management (training available). Detailed Documentation : Keep accurate and timely records in our electronic medical record (EMR) system to ensure the highest level of care. Who We’re Looking For Preferred: NP, DNP, PA, DO or MD with extensive clinical/hands‑on experience in surgical or sharp wound debridement, feeding tube management, skin graft, experience working with a Skilled Nursing Facility, and experience working for a wound care company. Positive Personality : Someone who is professional, approachable, and able to build good rapport with facility staff and patients. Self‑Motivated : Comfortable working independently, managing schedules, and communicating effectively with care teams. Independent & Motivated : You’ll need to be self‑driven, an excellent communicator, and able to work autonomously. Licensure : Must have an active California NP, PA, MD, or DO license. Availability : Open to visiting multiple skilled nursing facilities within Bishop, CA. Other Benefits Mileage reimbursement – to be discussed with the practice Compensation: starting at $700 for 3 months, then changing to a production rate of 35% on the 4th month. Training is provided without prior experience in sharp wound debridement (must have at least clinical experience in debridement during training/school years).
