Position Description Ryder is hiring a Case Picker Associate in Frankfort, Indiana. This role offers weekly pay and benefits. Pay & Schedule Hourly Pay: $19.00 per hour Additional Pay: $0.75 per hour Schedule: Friday & Saturday 5:30am-4:00pm and Monday & Tuesday 4:30pm-3:00am Benefits On the Job Paid Training Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(K) starting at 30 days Paid Time Off 401(K) company match Employee Discount (15%) Discounts on tools, cars, hotels, electronics, cell phones, travel, and more Safety gear provided Safety first priority State of the art equipment and caring leadership Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred One (1) year or more previous warehouse experience preferred Ability to work independently and as a member of a team Must have adequate math skills Able to recognize and read location codes and product codes Meet and exceed established Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors) Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices Screening and Background Checks Some positions require additional screening that may include employment and education verification, motor vehicle records check and a road test, and/or badging or background requirements of the customer. Responsibilities Picking product and case pick. Palletize, hand stack and stretch wrap product as required. Safely operate material handling equipment. Assist in cycle counting and inventory control as required. Assist in resolving inventory discrepancies as required. Additional Responsibilities Performs other duties as assigned.
