Administrative Clerk II

Under direction of the assigned supervisor, the Administrative Clerk II performs regularly recurring general clerical support duties following well-established policies and procedures. Work is focused on routine typing and data entry, receptionist duties, records maintenance, filing and retrieval of information. This position is required to have bilingual/bi-literate skills in a second language.

Requirements / Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education and Experience: This position requires a high school diploma or recognized equivalent and 1 year of experience in general clerical, keyboarding, filing and recordkeeping. Must be bilingual in a second language (Spanish). CERTIFICATIONS/SKILLS: Valid California Driver's License, minimum amount of liability insurance required by law, and a DMV Driver Record printout. SELECTION PROCESS: Applications will be reviewed for satisfaction of minimum qualifications. A maximum of eight applicants will be invited for a panel interview. All candidates will be notified via email following final selection.
