Landscape Crew Member

About the Role:

Carpet Lawns LLC is looking for a motivated Weekend Landscape Crew Member to join our hardworking team in Marietta, GA! This is a great opportunity to get outside, build hands-on skills, and be part of a crew that takes pride in delivering beautiful, well-manicured properties. Responsibilities:

Perform lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing on residential and/or commercial properties

Operate and maintain landscape equipment including mowers, trimmers, and blowers

Apply mulch, plant materials, and perform general landscape bed maintenance

Follow crew leader instructions to complete job sites efficiently and on schedule

Maintain a clean and safe work environment on all job sites

Load and unload equipment and materials from company vehicles

Represent Carpet Lawns LLC professionally when on customer properties

Requirements:

Prior landscaping, lawn care, or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required

Ability to work weekends reliably and on a consistent schedule

Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive team-oriented attitude

Valid driver's license or reliable transportation to job sites is a plus

Ability to follow directions and work efficiently as part of a crew
