Leading the Marketing Project Management Office, the full-time Senior Marketing Project Manager will oversee project management processes, enhance operational workflows, and ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Develop and manage the project management team through coaching and performance guidance Own and optimize the marketing project management function, including workflow design and status reporting Collaborate with Marketing leadership to improve planning, prioritization, and execution of business objectives Required qualifications Ten or more years of project or program management experience, particularly in leading cross-functional initiatives Experience managing a PMO or centralized workflow function within marketing or business operations Proven ability to develop and lead a team of project managers or operations professionals Hands-on experience with project management tools and workflow design, with familiarity in Optimizely COP preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; PMP or related certification is a plus
