Visitor & Destination Support Coordinator

Travel Butler County | Full-Time | On-Site (West Chester, Ohio) About Us Travel Butler County (TBC) is the official destination marketing organization for Butler County, Ohio. We connect visitors, meeting planners, sports organizers, and group tour operators with unforgettable local experiences - driving economic impact and supporting the hospitality community. About the Role We’re seeking an organized, customer-focused professional to support our visitor services and sales initiatives. This role works across departments to deliver excellent service, maintain accurate data, and showcase everything that makes Butler County a great destination. Key Responsibilities Respond to visitor inquiries via phone, email, walk-ins, and Donut Trail activity Maintain updated knowledge of local attractions, hotels, dining, and events Keep visitor information kiosks and the Welcome Center stocked and organized Coordinate fulfillment of Insider Guides, Donut Trail T-Shirts, and mail requests Assist the sales team with proposals, bids, data entry, research, and follow-up materials Prepare and organize client kits, welcome materials, and collateral Assist with TBC-hosted events, tradeshows, and community outreach Support other projects and initiatives as assigned Qualifications Strong communication skills - written, verbal, and digital Excellent organization and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Customer-service mindset and professional demeanor Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred Interest in tourism, hospitality, or community-focused work Why Travel Butler County Competitive benefits: Health, dental, vision, IRA with match Professional development and team engagement opportunities A collaborative environment where your contributions matter #J-18808-Ljbffr Travel Butler County, Ohio
