Senior Human Resources Generalist - Talent Acquisition Partner (On-Site)

Kane’s Furniture is seeking a driven and strategic HR professional to lead talent acquisition while serving as a trusted partner to business leaders. This role blends hands‑on recruiting leadership with core HR generalist responsibilities, offering the opportunity to directly impact hiring outcomes, employee experience, and organizational growth. What You’ll Do: Own Recruiting Strategy & Execution Lead full‑cycle recruiting for assigned business units (Distribution Centers & SSC) Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs Partner with hiring managers weekly to drive hiring progress and workforce planning Conduct position intake/strategy meetings and align on candidate profiles Manage hiring events and community recruiting initiatives Track recruiting metrics and continuously improve hiring outcomes Drive Hiring Quality Screen and interview candidates; lead primary interviews for key roles Train and coach hiring managers on effective interviewing and selection practices Ensure a consistent, high‑quality candidate experience that reflects Kane’s values and culture Be a Strategic HR Partner Support leaders with workforce planning and organizational needs Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices Assist with onboarding to ensure successful new hire integration into both the role and the team culture Support Employee Experience & Compliance Assist with employee relations matters and workplace concerns Conduct exit interviews and provide actionable insights and trends Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies Help foster a positive, respectful, and team‑oriented work environment Manage HR Operations Track hiring, turnover, and recruiting activity Manage vendor relationships (job boards, sourcing tools, etc.) Support HR processes including promotions, terminations, and reporting Build Talent Pipelines & Brand Partner with schools, community organizations, and workforce programs Represent Kane’s at recruiting events and networking opportunities Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Kane’s culture and values in the community What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of HR experience Experience supporting high‑volume or operational environments preferred Experience with formal documentation and writing Strong business partnership and relationship‑building skills Ability to influence hiring managers and drive hiring decisions Solid understanding of employment law and HR best practices Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities A collaborative, team‑first mindset with a strong commitment to service and cultural alignment Someone who values being part of a close‑knit team and contributes positively to that environment Why Join Us: High‑impact role with visibility to leadership Opportunity to shape recruiting strategy and hiring outcomes Collaborative, supportive, and growth‑focused HR team A culture that values teamwork, service, and doing right by our associates Competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, 401k and profit sharing Paid vacation Continuous training and development Kane Furniture LLC is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation or any other classification protected by federal, state or local law.
