UNIT MANAGER

Job Details Job Location: Henderson, NV 89052. Salary Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour. We have been serving the best burgers since 1946, and success depends on a great team. Responsibilities General management of staff including hiring, training, coaching, directing performance, addressing under‑performance, status changes, promotions, rate changes, and terminations; customarily directs the work of two or more employees. Manage staff levels through recruitment, interviewing, pre‑employment screening, and hiring to ensure adequate coverage. Manage labor costs through staff scheduling, hour adjustments based on revenue, meal periods, rest breaks, timeclock adjustments, ensuring employees sign breaks and timeclock punches. Conduct crew training: new hires, food preparation certifications, regular observations and checklists, quarterly safety meetings. Handle operational duties: daily and monthly closing paperwork, food inventory, food orders, disposal of expired food; daily revenue reconciliation, weekly invoice reconciliation; daily supply inventory; place supply orders; weekly/monthly inventory audits; print and distribute restaurant reports. Cash management duties: register audits, cash orders from security guard company, daily safe audit, bank deposit preparation, sign bank deposit documentation. Manage the Point of Sale system: add/delete employees, wage adjustments, crew & manager cards, key activation, inventory cost adjustments, report analysis. Ensure crew members complete Tommy’s Training Programs, lead safety and crew meetings, maintain documentation. Optimize profits by controlling food, beverage, supply and labor costs; increase sales through guest satisfaction and problem resolution. Manage employee personnel files, labor law compliance, safety and food certifications documentation. Ensure staff complies with security and surveillance practices. Supervise maintenance upkeep of equipment to OSHA, state, federal and company standards. Resolve customer incidents, complaints, and maintain Secret Shopper results. Ensure overall restaurant standards per Visitation Checklist. Compete knowledge of crew roles, leads, and assistant managers. Use discretion and independent judgement in all management aspects. Respect customers and coworkers; maintain professional communication, attitude, teamwork, quality of work, attendance, appearance. Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, safety regulations, and local, state and federal laws. Perform other duties assigned by manager related to the position.
