Manager, Product Management - CreditWise

Build an intelligent financial co-pilot that empowers consumers in America to manage their finances Develop intent and build and deliver the roadmap for CreditWise's Home experience Ensure the Home experience is intuitive and connects consumers to individualized financial insights and tools Help consumers manage today, prepare for tomorrow, and feel protected Work closely with business/data analysts, engineers, and business development partners Collaborate with Design, Legal, Risk, and Compliance partners Partner with internal and external stakeholders to shape the Home experience Lead cross-functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment Apply human-centered, business-focused, technology-driven, integrated problem-solving, and transformational-leadership product practices Requirements Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field, Business or Marketing, with the required degree obtained on or before the scheduled start date OR Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products (preferred) New applicants must not require employment authorization sponsorship from Capital One Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in product management with a focus on developing consumer-facing digital products that integrate financial insights and tools.
