Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Physical Therapy (PT) license for the state of Arizona
• Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings is highly valued
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities
• Proficiency in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Comfort with IEP processes and contributing to multi-disciplinary teams
• Dedication to promoting student engagement and functional independence

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative physical therapy services to K-12 students
• Assess students’ needs and participate in eligibility determination
• Develop, execute, and evaluate individualized intervention programs in accordance with IEP goals
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to optimize student outcomes
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation for compliance and progress tracking
• Educate school staff on strategies and accommodations to support student safety and participation
• Contribute expertise to meetings and ongoing program development
