Head Actuary - Remote

Position Overview This is an opportunity to become a key stakeholder and have a say in the strategic direction of the company. In this role, you will lead the Actuarial Team in driving financial business objectives through the delivery of high-impact, data-driven insights and work on complex actuarial projects such as financial modeling, data analysis, and visualization. Key Responsibilities Lead the Actuarial Team in driving financial business objectives, delivering high-impact data-driven insights, and executing complex actuarial projects. Qualifications FSA with 10+ years of actuarial experience, including retiree health care benefits and individual insurance. Strategic leader who can help the team grow and communicate effectively to the C‑suite and other departments. Experience in Medicare Advantage, Med Supp, and/or Life insurance is a plus.
