Full-Time Nurse Practitioner - Ambulatory Care, M-F

Premise Health is seeking a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner to provide primary and occupational health services at our Norco, LA Health Center. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:30am–3:00pm, with duties including exams, testing, care planning, and patient education. Required: active RN and NP licenses, ANCC/AANP certification, DEA license, prescriptive authority where applicable, and at least three years of ambulatory care experience.
