Requirements - 

• Active RN License
• BLS Certification
• Active Blue Card CPI Certification (Required at Submission)
• Previous Behavioral Health/Psychiatric Nursing Experience

Key Responsibilities -

• Perform comprehensive mental health assessments
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Administer and monitor psychiatric medications
• Monitor patient safety and behavioral changes
• Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation support
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams
• Deliver therapeutic and patient-centered care
