Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. We Love Our Work.

Providing fast, friendly, professional and responsive customer service to restaurant guests and restaurant staff. Greets and welcomes each guest entering restaurant. Seating guests in restaurant as per specified rotation requirements. Maintaining proper seating and reservation documentation. Monitoring restaurant for table availability. Keeping designated working area clean and organized, wipes and assists in maintaining cleanliness of dining room, including cashiering area, as necessary or required, in accordance with established health and safety standards. Assisting servers and bussers in their duties as necessary, or required. Completing all assigned closing duties at end of shift. Knowing and promoting current events and programs and can give guests directions to all areas. Thanking customers, inviting them back, wishing them luck and making it easy for them to get back in play. Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. • Able to work on a POS system
• Must present a well-groomed appearance.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This job does not have any supervisory responsibilities.

Education and/or Experience: High School diploma; Previous customer service experience in a high volume operation preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in in English may also be required.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to perform these operations using units of America money and weight measurement, volume and distance. Possess ability to operate an adding machine and have basic computer skills.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Certifications, Licenses, Registrations: Employee must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations.
