Our providers are board certified pain specialists with primary board certifications in either Anesthesiology. Description North American Medical Associates seeks an experienced Billing Manager to lead end‑to‑end revenue cycle operations for both Physician/Professional Services and Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) facility billing. This role owns Revenue Integrity, compliant charge capture and optimized reimbursements across in‑network and out‑of‑network payers, with proven expertise in Workers' Compensation (WC) and Personal Injury (PIP). The role requires strong data analytics capability to assess performance, identify trends, quantify revenue risk/opportunity, and guide operational and payer strategy decisions. The Billing Manager will provide direct staff oversight, accountability, and coaching to internal billing and Accounts Receivable teams. Exempt position: $60,000 and up depending on experience. Position Requirements 5+ years of experience in Billing or related financial area; 2‑3 years supervisory experience. Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) CPC, or similar.
