About Riverview Farm Kennel
Do you have a passion for dogs and strong leadership skills? Riverview Farm Kennel, a busy and well-established 100 dog kennel in Middle Tennessee, is seeking a dedicated and experienced hands-on Kennel Manager/Dog Trainer . This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves working with animals and thrives in a leadership role.
What You’ll Do
Ensure top-quality care and safety for all dogs
Feed, exercise, and monitor dogs daily
Oversee animal health and well-being, identifying any concerns promptly
Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the facility
Lead by example and provide direction to kennel staff
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in 100 Dog Kennel/Cleaning/Feeding/Health/Exercising/Training
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Compassionate, confident, and comfortable handling all dog breeds
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask and handle physical work
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

We preserve the British Labrador heritage of calm demeanor, intelligence, and exceptional retrieving ability, whether for use in the field, trials or companionship.
