Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse

Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience worked in the last 24 months.

• 3 months of travel experience is required.

• Experience with Cerner is preferred.

• BSN completion preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Vermont license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: TrioWFS Program - Main.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: - 2 years recent Med Surg & Rehab experience. - Charge RN experience required.

Special Requests: - Certifications are required to be included at time of submission. - Local travelers within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible for this need. - Requested time off must be noted and verified at upload. RTO requests after upload will not be approved. No more than 5 days of RTO will be accepted. - All scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission. Facility will not approve scheduling requests at or after offer. Requests after offer may lead to a rescinded offer. - May be asked to work as a backup Charge Nurse.

Unit/Facility Details: - This is a small community without public transport. Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement.

Shift & Scheduling: - Every other weekend. Holidays required if needed. - Call required.

Floating Requirements: - May float between Acute Rehab and Med Surg and to any unit within scope of practice.

5 days maximum time off

2 references required from within the last 2 years
