Job Type: Full-time | Nights Schedule: 3x12, Days (7p-7:30a), Weekends (every other weekend) and Holidays Rotate, No on‑call Highland Springs is a 72‑bed behavioral health hospital located in Cleveland, OH, dedicated to providing high‑quality compassionate care. As a Registered Nurse joining our team, you will play a critical role in safeguarding patient wellbeing and supporting your fellow staff. Job Title: Registered Nurse – House Supervisor Responsibilities Manage Scheduling and Staffing for the nursing department, ensuring coverage, minimizing overtime and agency use, and approving or denying time‑off requests. Monitor staff attendance, maintain records of tardiness and absences, and assist the Nurse Manager with payroll. Provide backup nursing and intake assistance, respond to patient needs, and advocate for patients. Supervise hospital operations when administration is absent, oversee staff performance, and provide coaching and education as needed. Conduct staff evaluations and execute disciplinary actions professionally and promptly. Provide support to the intake department as necessary. Qualifications Associate's degree in nursing required. Current Registered Nurse license as required by state regulations in which the facility operates. 1‑year experience in a psychiatric health care facility preferred. CPR certification required within 30 days of employment and prior to any patient contact. De‑escalation certification required within 30 days of employment and prior to any patient contact.
