Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Antepartum - Discipline: RN - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse - Antepartum / Labor & Delivery/n/n Location/n Dallas, TX /n/nAssignment Duration/n This is a 13-week contract position. /n/nSchedule/n Shift: 7 PM to 7 AM, with weekend shifts every other week. /n/nJob Description/n We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with experience in Antepartum and Labor & Delivery to provide high-quality care to high-risk obstetrical patients. The ideal candidate will be actively engaged in patient management, support, and education while maintaining a safe and effective nursing environment. /n/nResponsibilities/n /n - Provide comprehensive and compassionate care to high-risk obstetrical patients. /n - Monitor and assess the condition of patients and their fetuses. /n - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. /n - Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. /n - Educate patients and families regarding antepartum care and procedures. /n - Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care activities. /n - Assist in managing complex patient needs and potential emergencies. /n /n/nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure/n /n - Minimum of 2 years of high-risk Labor and Delivery or Antepartum experience. /n - Current Texas RN license (temporary license not accepted). /n - BLS, NRP, and Intermediate AWHONN Fetal Monitoring certification required. /n - Experience with magnesium sulfate management and preterm labor management is preferred. /n /n/nWhy ARMStaffing?/n At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
