Responsibilities

The Finance Manager for filter products will provide financial partnership as a key member of the filter products business team and directly support the filter products leadership team (General Managers). This role focuses on strategic, operational, and tactical decision-making to drive financial performance and business growth.

• Develop and implement financial strategies for the filter products business group
• Lead and manage the financial planning and analysis process, ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely financial information to the business leadership team for informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with other departments, including sales, operations, and supply chain, to drive business growth and profitability 
• Stay updated on the fiber industry structure and market conditions to inform financial decision-making.
• Work closely with the global finance team to ensure consistency and alignment across all divisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field required
• 3+ years of financial analysis or accounting, including project leadership, and application of financial acumen in business unit planning and performance
• Comprehensive understanding of financial analysis techniques, discounted cash flow modeling, and accounting principles
• Strong communication and influencing capabilities, with the ability to synthesize inputs into clear recommendations and defensible positions
• Experience in driving team development and building a culture of engagement and high performance.
