As a Full-Time BCBA (25 hours/week) in a hybrid role , you will provide on-site (clinic and school-based) and remote services. This position includes the flexibility to conduct remote supervision of RBTs and one remote workday per week after the new hire probation period.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting assessments and developing individualized, evidence-based behavior intervention plans.
• Delivering direct ABA services to support children in achieving their developmental and behavioral goals.
• Collaborating with families, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
• Supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), including conducting remote supervision sessions in alignment with BACB standards.
• Maintaining accurate, timely documentation and ensuring services comply with regulatory and ethical guidelines.
• Providing services across daycare, school, and clinic settings while maintaining at least 25 weekly billable hours .

Qualifications:

• BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Newly licensed BCBAs and candidates preparing to sit for the exam within six months are encouraged to apply.
• Willingness to obtain a Maryland license within 30 days of hire.
• If a licensure becomes required in Washington, DC, candidates must be willing to obtain it.
• Experience providing supervision to RBTs or other staff, with the ability to conduct supervision in person and remotely , in alignment with BACB standards.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative, team-first mindset.
• Passionate about helping children reach their potential with a focus on ethical, high-quality care.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
