Description
Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for a dynamic and professional Bilingual (English/Spanish) Leasing Agent to join our winning team at the Preston Oaks Apartments in Louisville, KY. If you're looking to start a new career and have a positive attitude, we want you to be a part of our team! We are offering up to $20.00 per hour plus aggressive leasing commissions, tuition reimbursement, and 80 hours of paid time off.Working at Monarchfeels like joining a family, because it is. **Saturday Hours Required**
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Competitive pay - $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
- Aggressive leasing commissions (minimum of $4,000 in yearly leasing commissions)
- Annual reviews with potential for a raise

WHAT WE NEED:
- Manage the leasing process, identifying the needs of potential residents and addressing those needs
- Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records
- Demonstrate an understanding of pricing, floor plans, amenities, and other offerings the community provides while touring prospects
- Utilize your creativity to assist with outreach marketing and resident events
