Trillium Drivers is looking for a Direct Hire Opportunity for a Class B CDL Driver handling material deliveries.

This is not your typical CDL-B driving role. While driving is a major part of the job, much of your time will be spent on active job sites delivering materials and performing physically demanding work.

This position requires: heavy lifting and unloading, strong stamina and physical endurance, comfort with long, labor-intensive days, reliability in a demanding work environment. This is a highly physical role, not a standard route-driving position.

Schedule: MondayFriday - no weekend work. MondayThursday: 1012 hour shifts. Friday: 89 hour shifts.

Pay: $26.50$30.00/hour. Pay depends on CDL experience, industry background, and related certifications. Above-market pay due to physical demands.

Qualifications: Valid CDL Class B Driver's license. At least 1+ years of recent and verifiable CDL Class B driving experience. Clean MVR. Knuckle boom certification preferred, not required. Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
