Job Description
Frankie's Dawg House is looking for a dependable, hardworking, and creative Bartender Team Member to join our team. This position primarily focuses on crafting great drinks and delivering excellent guest service, while occasionally assisting with light food preparation in the kitchen. It is a fantastic fit for a high-energy individual who thrives in a fast-paced gastropub environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and quality standards
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders at the counter, and upselling with a friendly, welcoming attitude
- Perform table touches to ensure guests have everything they need, and offer a warm farewell upon their departure
- Assist the kitchen team with light food preparation, cooking menu items, and stocking workstations during peak times or late-night shifts
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully sanitized bar area and workstation, adhering to all safety guidelines
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations across both the front-of-house and kitchen
- Bring creative energy to the bar, including experimenting with and developing unique cocktail creations or seasonal drink specials
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of previous experience in a restaurant front-of-house, server, or bartender role is required
- Proven experience or a strong passion for creative mixology and cocktail development is preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multi-task between the bar counter and table service
- Strong communication, teamwork, and upselling skills with a natural gastro-pub hospitality energy
- Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a positive attitude during busy shifts
- Must have open availability to work late nights and weekends
