Front Desk Associate (Full-Time & Part-Time) Spa

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to be the first point of contact for our guests. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a team environment, and is motivated by both service and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and provide a warm, welcoming experience
• Schedule and manage appointments efficiently
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and assist with client needs
• Promote memberships, services, gift cards, and retail products
• Process payments and handle daily transactions
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area
• Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment

Compensation & Benefits:

Qualifications:

• Customer service experience required (spa, salon, or wellness industry preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable with sales and recommending products/services
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Schedule:

• Day, evening, and weekend availability preferred

Compensation: $17.00 - $26.00 per hour
