Are you a quality leader with a passion for precision and a heart for innovation? Norsk Titanium , a global pioneer in 3D-printed structural titanium for aerospace, is on the hunt for a Quality Assurance Manager who’s ready to own, lead, and evolve our U.S. quality operations.

We’re not your typical manufacturer; We are reshaping the future of flight. Our patented RPD™ (Rapid Plasma Deposition) technology is pushing boundaries, and we need someone equally bold to champion quality at every layer.

What you will do:

• Lead a team of driven QA pros ensuring our titanium parts exceed customer expectations
• Own AS9100 compliance, supplier quality, and audit readiness
• Partner globally across engineering, production, and supply chain to build bulletproof quality systems
• Think big and act boldly, we’re counting on your insight to improve processes, tools, and team culture
• Be hands-on, proactive, and decisive; Because quality at NTi isn’t a checkbox, it’s a mindset

Who you are:

• A strategic, people-first leader with 5+ years in quality management (aerospace or advanced manufacturing = major plus!)
• Fluent in ISO, AS9100, and quality control methods — Six Sigma is your second language
• A builder of systems and teams; Not just a manager, but a motivator
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a dynamic, high-growth, tech-forward environment
• Someone who values collaboration, curiosity, and continuous improvement
