Capital Planning Analyst

Are you an experienced FP&A professional with a strong background in financial analysis and reporting? We're looking for a detail-oriented Finance professional to join a growing team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written communication skills
• Proficiency managing requisitions across multiple departments
• Experience working with any requisition tool/module
• Demonstrated knowledge of operational and capital budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting
• Strong background in FP&A
• Strong quantitative and qualitative skills with a focus on reporting accuracy and detail
• Demonstrated experience building financial models and reports for senior leadership and Boards of Directors

Preferred:

• CPA, MBA, or Master of Accounting degree
• Healthcare industry background
