For many students in our service area, obtaining medical services is a challenge. We are helping to eliminate barriers to care through our School Based health centers in the Metro Detroit area. By providing access to primary and preventive health care and access to Medicaid insurance, Henry Ford is committed to uplifting and empowering our young people to live healthier lifestyles and make healthy decisions Schedule: Full Time, Year-round position. Monday- Friday 8:00am-4:30pm- NO weekends or major holidays. Provides behavioral health counseling services at Roseville Middle School. The program is year-round - position continues through summer vacation. You will provide essential behavioral health counseling services, supporting patients, families, physicians, and community providers. Your role is critical in ensuring active and collaborative care from the initiation of treatment to discharge, fostering recovery and wellness for those we serve. Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and community providers to ensure comprehensive care. Master's Degree with at least 3 years of experience in counseling, social work, or psychology.
