Training & Implementation ManagerHelp shape how Barnhart trains, develops, and equips teams to safely execute some of the industry's most challenging projects.Position Summary: The Training & Implementation Manager leads Barnhart's training and implementation efforts, helping teams across the organization operate safely, efficiently, and consistently. This role oversees the development and delivery of training programs, supports the implementation of new tools and processes, and contributes to strategic initiatives that improve operational performance and efficiency across the branch network.Location: Memphis, TN. Candidates must live locally or be willing to relocate.
