Pharmacy Manager

Role: Pharmacy Manager responsible for leading pharmacy staff, ensuring patient care, and community outreach. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive patient care, including dispensing prescriptions and administering immunizations in compliance with regulations. Oversee pharmacy operations such as inventory, pricing, and merchandising. Model and enforce customer service standards to meet patient needs. Lead community outreach programs and encourage staff participation. Ensure legal and company policy compliance through report analysis, loss prevention, and safety reviews. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, with a valid pharmacy license. Completion of accredited immunization training. Proficiency in working effectively with patients and healthcare providers. Strong data analysis skills to improve pharmacy performance and patient outcomes. Ability to manage staff and pharmacy operations, with financial acumen.
