Shipping ClerkExpress Employment Professionals is hiring on behalf of a local manufacturing company in Temple, TX.Are you an experienced Shipping Clerk who can hit the ground running? Our client is seeking a dependable shipping professional with proven experience in UPS, FedEx, and LTL freight shipping who can start contributing on Day 1 with minimal supervision.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes ownership of their work, is highly organized, and has a strong understanding of shipping processes and documentation.Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour, depending on experienceSchedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Flexibility required to stay later when necessary to accommodate late UPS or LTL carrier pickupsKey Responsibilities:Coordinate daily pickups with UPS, FedEx, and freight carriersPrepare Bills of Lading (BOLs) and all required shipping documentationRun and process UPS end-of-day shipping reportsPrepare and maintain daily shipping spreadsheetsClose completed orders in MothernodeSend updated shipping spreadsheets each eveningFollow the production schedule and shipping priorities established by the Production SupervisorMaintain a clean, organized, and efficient shipping areaEnsure all orders are packaged accurately and shipped on timeQualifications:High school diploma or equivalentPrevious shipping experience is requiredUPS, FedEx, and LTL freight experience requiredExperience creating BOLs and shipping documentationStrong organizational and time management skillsDetail-oriented with a high level of accuracyComfortable working with shipping software and spreadsheetsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentMust be able to work independently and require minimal supervision from Day 1If you're an experienced shipping professional who understands the shipping process from start to finish and can immediately take ownership of the role with minimal training, we'd like to hear from you.
