Director of Finance And Accounting

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Manufacturing Controller / Finance Manager to join a growing organization in Central Pennsylvania. This role will play a critical leadership position, overseeing core accounting functions while supporting strategic financial planning and operational decision-making. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all aspects of general accounting operations, including month-end and year-end close Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes, partnering with leadership to drive financial performance Provide financial planning & analysis (FP&A) support, including variance analysis and financial modeling Manage and ensure accuracy of payroll processing and related reporting Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements Support interactions with lenders, including those related to asset-based lending (ABL) structures Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, particularly within a manufacturing environment Qualifications 6–8 years of progressive accounting experience, including controllership or similar FP&A leadership responsibilities in a manufacturing environment Strong experience in a manufacturing environment Exposure to or experience with asset-based lending (ABL) highly preferred Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls Excellent communication and leadership skills Why Join Us?
