Dein Aufgabengebiet:
- Analyse und Klassifizierung neuer und bestehender Kunden
- Entwicklung und Durchführung von Onboarding- Programmen basierend auf der Kundenklassifizierung zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Einstiegs ins Produkt
- Nach erfolgreichem Onboarding Kundenweiterleitung an Account Manager
- Proaktive Kundenunterstützung und -optimierung durch regelmäßige Überprüfung des Kundenerfolgs und Erkennen von Schulungs- oder Unterstützungsbedarfen
- Kundenzufriedenheitsanalysen durchführen und Maßnahmen entwickeln
- Datenanalyse, -überwachung und Berichterstattung
- Mitarbeit beim Qualitätsmanagement und der Dokumentation
Dein Profil:
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung bzw. Studium, vorzugsweise im Bereich Vertrieb oder Marketing
- Starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Kundenorientierung.
- Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung, im Account Management oder im Vertrieb.
- Technisches Verständnis und Fähigkeit zur Arbeit mit verschiedenen Software‐Tools.
- Problemlösungskompetenz und proaktive Arbeitsweise.
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch & Englisch
