Schedule service appointments and maintenance visits accurately and efficiently. Assist customers with questions, concerns, and service requests while providing exceptional customer service. Make outbound calls to maintenance members and prospective customers to schedule appointments. Coordinate schedules with dispatch and field technicians. Maintain accurate customer records using company software. Resolve customer concerns while creating a positive experience. Build trust and long-term relationships with customers. Help maximize daily booking opportunities while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Work closely with dispatch, service managers, and field teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. What We're Looking For Excellent communication and customer service skills. Preferred Qualifications Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or call center experience preferred but not required. Experience with scheduling software, CRM systems, or ServiceTitan is a plus. Basic computer proficiency and typing skills. High School Diploma or GED preferred.
