Licensed Physical Therapist - Restore Mobility & Independence

MD Care Hospice

MD Care Hospice in Victorville, CA is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist dedicated to improving patient mobility and reducing pain. You will evaluate patients, create individualized treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team is essential to ensure compliance with clinical policies and educate patients and their families.
