Come join a multidiscipline team focused on executing customer programs and capital projects within the Ground Support Equipment (GSE) Services organization. In this role your duties will include leading and managing the cost/schedule/technical performance for the design and production of Mechanical and Electrical GSE. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Managing earned value performance, metrics, and reporting for multiple control accounts spanning the lifecycle of the contract for the GSE IPTs
• Managing the overall scope for each assigned control account and impacting any proposed changes
• Working with partnering organizations and IPTs to ensure products are delivered on time and on budget.
• Coordinating with Program and Functional Management to ensure the appropriate resources are in place for execution
• Providing timely and accurate insight on key program impacts or opportunities and implement corrective actions as needed
• Working with supply chain organizations for production and/or procurement of materials and equipment

The ideal candidate will have good communications skills (both oral and written), able to mentor and develop their team to a high standard, have a strong background in project management, finance, manufacturing and ATLO environments and processes.
