Are you ready to join a fast-paced, customer-focused warehouse team? Ohio Logistics is seeking a reliable and driven Forklift Operator who thrives in a dynamic distribution environment. This role goes beyond forklift operation; you'll be a key team player contributing to accuracy, efficiency, and safety every day.

Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate powered industrial forklifts throughout the distribution center
- Load and unload trailers according to customer requirements
- Inspect inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy and damage
- Use RF scanners and complete required documentation accurately
- Build and prepare mixed pallets (wrapping, banding, labeling, etc.)
- Perform occasional manual labor, including case picking
- Maintain equipment and follow all safety and operational guidelines
Qualifications
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong communication and basic math skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Experience using RF scanners preferred
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
- Ability to perform "clean as you go" practices
- Comfortable working in varying temperatures (hot and cold)
- Able to work indoors and outdoors with moderate noise levels
